This is a delivery-focused role working exclusively with our established client base - no business development required.Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and place candidates for mid to senior-level positions across financial services
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber candidates
  • Work closely with established clients to understand their specific requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
  • Achieve individual and team placement targets
Essential RequirementsExperience Required:
  • Proven track record in recruitment with demonstrable placement success
  • Extensive experience placing candidates across multiple financial services sectors:
  • Wealth Management
  • Asset Management
  • Insurance
  • Pensions
  • Strong understanding of mid to senior-level roles within financial services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
