Litigation ParalegalSwindon£25,000-£27,000Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Civil Litigation team based at their Swindon office.If you have a background in Litigation and are looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.About the roleThis Litigation Legal Assistant role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:· Preparing court forms and documents, producing court bundles· Dealing with clients and third-party professionals by email, telephone and face to face· Support with resolving disputes and managing litigation to achieve business objective· Carrying out due diligence on large-scale portfolios· Assist with general administration dutiesThe ideal candidate will have:· Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience is ESSENTIAL· Strong organisation skills· Able to work well using own initiative· Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties· Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel
