What you will do:
  • Conducting Audits and Reviews: Perform comprehensive case audits and thematic reviews to assess the quality of social work practices, ensuring strict compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Interpret data diligently, gather feedback, and plan audit activities through close liaising with services. Engage with service recipients to centre their voices, and prepare insightful reports for senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Support social work teams by delivering training and promoting an environment of continuous learning and mentorship.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with safeguarding teams, management, and external partners to address concerns and champion best practices.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all services adhere to regulatory, legislative, and internal quality standards, maintaining top-notch service delivery.
