About this roleWe are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for an independently owned 'all-day dining' café, restaurant & Deli, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.As a Sous Chef, you'll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the consistent standards and building an excellent reputation within the area.The venue operates 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months.About You
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef within busy produce driven fresh food restaurants or cafes.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
Availability to work 40-45 hours per week, mostly day shifts.
