IT Project Manager - Hybrid Working (Dungannon)Be part of my client’s thrilling roadmap for new products, services, production capacity, and business expansion! A $4.0 billion global manufacturer of materials processing and aerial work platform products and services, is currently seeking talented individuals for the role of IT Project Manager.Position Details:As an IT Project Manager at Terex Materials Processing, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple IT projects. Their projects respond to business demand, covering various areas within the organization, with a current focus on the digitalization of their manufacturing facilities using the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will be the day-to-day point person on several projects simultaneously, working with 3rd party software providers, and internal and external resources to deliver seamless solutions to our internal stakeholder teams.Responsibilities:
  • Remotely support the rollout of IT projects across geographies (e.g., UK, DE, USA, India, Australia).
  • Manage project plans in PPM Pro / Jira software.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issue resolution.
  • Build effective relationships, particularly remotely.
  • Ensure projects are staffed for success and highlight gaps.
  • Be self-sufficient, requiring minimal supervision, independent but a good team player.
  • Set up and track project budgets.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations.
  • Lead the development and approval of project definition and scoping with stakeholders.
  • Support the development of cost/benefit assessments and solution recommendations.
  • Produce project deliverables: requests, SOW, finance worksheets, detailed requirements, resource planning, gate approvals, solution designs, change control, unit and regression test plans, training plans, project reviews, status reports, reports out presentations, IRAD (issues, risks, actions), lessons learned capture, project closeout survey, etc.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure conclusive results with published minutes.
  • Ensure project objectives, scope, cost, schedule, and benefits are agreed upon by all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans, including staffing and capital and expense forecasts.
  • Guide project teams to complete projects on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality.
  • Ensure project risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated for successful project delivery.
  • Provide succinct communication of project status, issues, risks, decisions, and responsibility assignments to the project team and management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 4+ years of extensive experience in conducting complex IT projects.
  • 4+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Program/Portfolio Management Experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in managing multiple & large projects.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology/Teams and financial/status reporting specific to agile methodology.
  • 1+ year of experience with application platform migration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project / Jira Required.
