
Senior Retail Managers Required For Wolverhampton Wanderers

- Oversee the operation of a select amount of retail units, ensuring they comply with EHO standards, LEVY standards and are PCI compliant.
- Ensure team leaders are filling in paperwork and signing this off when complete.
- Deal with on the day customer queries and complaints before beginning the escalation process if needed.
- Be able to liaise with senior managers and the retail porter team.
- Attend a manager brief and be able to pass information on to relevant staff members.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order on arrival and departure
- Liase with senior managers to ensure that kiosks are at suitable staffing levels
- Act as the main point of contact for your team and Kiosk Team Leaders, providing support
- Sign staff in and out of their designated areas and provide performance feedback where necessary.
- Ensure your stand is properly closed down at the end of shift
- Commitment to being available for the majority of matchdays throughout the football season
- Be able to change a barrel
