Do you want to be part of an exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind the incredible match days at Molineux, home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.We are looking for experienced Senior Retail / Patch Managers (managing kiosks in a designated patch at Wolves) to bring some great energy managing a team in our customer-facing drinks and food units.The role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of Molineux, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.The Role:We are looking for experienced, passionate, and committed retail managers to lead a team to deliver a service to over 30,000 football fans on match days. You must be able to interact effectively with customers whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role and deliver a high level of service to our customers. You will be expected to oversee the operation of a number of busy retail units, ensuring they comply with EHO standards and are PCI compliant.You will attend briefings, passing on relevant information to team members. You will prepare your team for the day ahead and inspire them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.You will act as the main point of contact for senior managers, kiosk team leaders and logistics porters, as well as dealing with customer queries and complaints.Ensure the kiosks have suitable levels of staffing and that equipment is in working order.Commitment to being available for the majority of matchdays throughout the football season is vital.What you will be doing:-
  • Oversee the operation of a select amount of retail units, ensuring they comply with EHO standards, LEVY standards and are PCI compliant.
  • Ensure team leaders are filling in paperwork and signing this off when complete.
  • Deal with on the day customer queries and complaints before beginning the escalation process if needed.
  • Be able to liaise with senior managers and the retail porter team.
  • Attend a manager brief and be able to pass information on to relevant staff members.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in working order on arrival and departure
  • Liase with senior managers to ensure that kiosks are at suitable staffing levels
  • Act as the main point of contact for your team and Kiosk Team Leaders, providing support
  • Sign staff in and out of their designated areas and provide performance feedback where necessary.
  • Ensure your stand is properly closed down at the end of shift
  • Commitment to being available for the majority of matchdays throughout the football season
  • Be able to change a barrel
  • Assist with any basic training staff may need

Working HoursCasual Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From £17.14 per hour.
