- Lead and support multiple children’s homes (EBD/LD)
- Line manage Registered Managers and guide service improvement
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and internal frameworks
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and occupancy
- Drive strategic planning, business development, and growth
- Promote a culture of safeguarding, inclusion, and trauma-informed care
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and commissioners
- Report on service quality and performance to the senior leadership team
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or higher in children’s residential care
- Multi-site leadership or significant experience overseeing multiple teams
- Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding and Ofsted frameworks
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Confident, supportive leader with excellent people skills
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
