- Deliver creative, structured lessons that support long-term understanding
- Set personalised learning targets based on each learner’s starting point
- Adapt planning to meet a wide range of special educational needs (SEN)

- Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE)
- Have experience teaching secondary-aged learners, preferably in an SEN or alternative provision
- Bring creativity, patience and flexibility to your teaching approach
- Understand and apply positive behaviour support techniques
- Be passionate about supporting young people with SEMH or SEND needs
- Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (insured for business use)
