- Respond to reactive maintenance issues promptly, diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults to minimise disruption and maintain functionality
- Conduct technical surveys and provide detailed reports to support maintenance and improvement plans
- Coordinate client requests and manage subcontractors to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and optimal condition to support efficient operations
- Provide cover at other sites to ensure continuous service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards to maintain safe and reliable operations
- City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 Electrical Installation or recognised equivalent
- City & Guilds Part 3 Electrical Installation or recognised equivalent
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- ACOP L8 training for water systems maintenance
- Prior experience of Building Management Systems and business-critical environments
- PASMA/IPAF certified
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation with experience in fault diagnosis and rectification
