In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our candidates and play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct first-stage interviews with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports
- Assist in developing and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Strong proven track record of working in a similar role
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)(Ideally SmartRecruiters) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Experience with Power BI
- German language skills
