A well-known regional firm has an opening for an Employment Solicitor to join the team in one of its East Yorkshire offices. Our client has built a great reputation in the region and as a result, attracts good quality work, with clients ranging from small and medium businesses through to national companies.The roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an employment solicitor to work on a broad range of employment matters, advising both employers and employees across multiple sectors. You'll handle a varied caseload, ranging from complex disputes to day-to-day advisory work, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the practice's growth.What's in it for you?

Key responsibilities
  • Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including disputes, contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing your own caseload from instruction to resolution.
  • Representing clients in negotiations and at tribunal where necessary.
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
About youYou will be an approachable, motivated, and commercially aware solicitor who:
  • Has at least 2 years' PQE in employment law.
  • Can manage files independently and deliver high-quality advice.
  • Enjoys engaging with clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Is happy to contribute to the firm's profile through business development activities.
