
Sales Engineer

- Identify and develop new business across industrial sectors
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand technical requirements
- Deliver tailored proposals and quotations
- Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless project delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain detailed CRM records, reports, and forecasts
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and technologies
- Experience with compressed air, pneumatics, or vacuum systems
- 2+ years' experience in external technical/engineering sales
- Proven ability to manage accounts and drive new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to interpret technical specs/site layouts (desirable)
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to pipeline management
- Background in engineering, mechanical, or industrial sectors
- Full clean UK driving licence
