- Strong track record in partner-led sales (MSPs, resellers, distributors) with long-term relationship building.
- Demonstrated stability and success (2–3+ years per role, consistent quota attainment).
- Ability to mentor and develop sales teams with structured training and career growth plans.
- Build and execute scalable, predictable sales processes to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams on startup-focused GTM strategy.
