Whether you are an experienced lecturer or currently working in the industry and considering a move into teaching, this role offers the chance to share your knowledge while developing your career in education.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging practical and theory-based sessions.
  • Support students to achieve qualifications aligned with industry standards and expectations.
  • Provide effective teaching, learning, assessment and constructive feedback across all study modes.
  • Take a lead on course planning, delivery and programme coordination as needed.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and support continuous quality improvement.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing.
  • Ideally have experience lecturing and hold a Teaching Qualification.
