- Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors,
- Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants,
- Completing all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving out,
- Negotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releases,
- Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation,
- Dealing with Contractors,
- Organising and ensuring the security of keys,
- Completing inspections and property visits.
- Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London based
- Able to drive a manual car with full licence
- Excellent organisational skills
- A strong problem solver
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong written and verbal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proven customer service skills
