With 2 AA Rosettes, boutique bedrooms, and an onsite market garden supplying the kitchen with fresh produce, this is a unique chance to be part of something truly special from the very beginning. Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
  • Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Taking ownership of sections during service and supporting more junior members of the team
  • Upholding high kitchen standards in hygiene, safety and organisation
  • Getting involved in menu development and showcasing produce from the garden
  • Maintaining stock levels and supporting with daily prep and ordering
