- This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours/week, working pattern Monday to Friday and middle shifts, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work in hospitality.

- Lead and manage a team of nine catering staff, providing direction and support to meet Aramark’s high standards.
- Plan, organise, and execute catering services for corporate meetings and private functions.
- Ensure all events are on-budget and profitable, monitoring cost controls and maintaining profit margins.
- Oversee compliance with food safety regulations, ensure recipe cards are strictly followed, and enforce quality standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their catering needs are met with high satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics, including event setup, transportation, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of nine.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and compliance.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and industry regulations.
- Flexibility to work some weekends when events are booked.
