Contract Type: Permanent – Full TimeRequirementsMust have the right to live and work in the UKMust hold a full UK driving licenseLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) required for qualified rateAt least 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential care settingStrong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015About the Roleyou will lead a residential care team supporting children and young people aged 7–17. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with the Home’s Statement of Purpose and in line with a commitment to service quality and equality.You will provide strong and effective leadership, ensuring that the home meets high standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance.
