- Ownership of the set list exchange process with over 50 overseas societies; identifying 'paid' and 'unpaid' activity and actively reducing inefficiencies between performances & society notifications
- End to end management of all activity within a revenue claim; ensuring effective scheduling, event/tour identification, reporting & revenue accounting
- Making claims where necessary and building effective customer relationship management and rapport with all overseas societies/contacts
- Management of a portfolio of MLCS tours
- Delivery of audits for MLCS tours, upon request
- The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels with members, suppliers and other stakeholders (internal & external)
- Proven interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Financial analysis skills with the ability to understand figures and present them in a management format
- Be resourceful, creative and logical
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Driven to achieve and overcome barriers
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrate good judgement and decision making
