Salary: £37,000 – £38,000 (£45,000+ with overtime) + Twice Yearly BonusNeos Engineering are partnered with…a leading plant and tool hire company, who are expanding their Bristol depot. They are seeking a skilled Workshop Fitter to join the team, working on a broad range of equipment and playing a key role in the depot’s growth.The RoleServicing, fault-finding, and repairing a wide range of equipment including generators, compressors, hand tools, and 2-stroke petrol/diesel-powered kitWorkshop-based role, Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (45 hours per week including break)Ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard of safety and reliabilityWorking closely with a small team, supporting the depot’s expansion plansThe CandidatePrevious experience working on generators, compressors, and small plant/tools is highly desirableStrong mechanical background with knowledge of both petrol and diesel equipmentAbility to work independently in a small team environmentReliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of serviceThe BenefitsSalary: £37,000 – £38,000 (£45,000+ with overtime)Overtime: 1.5x after 45 hours and double time at weekendsLeave: 27 days annual leave + all bank holidays + your birthday off + option to buy 5 extra daysBonuses: Paid twice yearly (May & November)Additional Perks: Access to Wagestream salary advance schemeGreat career progression opportunities as the depot continues to growPlease apply with a CV and feel free to include a cover letter outlining why you're perfect for the role.
