- Security vetting for new and existing staff.
- Administration of Security team rosters and data entry to resource management systems.
- Administration of invoicing, purchase orders, purchase requisitions and any other departmental financial administration tasks including uniform and PPE orders.
- Supporting airport ID pass applications and renewals.
- Supporting cost control tasks and reporting this to their line manager.
- Ordering of equipment, supplies and consumables required to support and maintain the Security operation.
- Organising departmental travel requests.
- Planning, organisation and assistance to ensure successful delivery of meetings and company events when required.
- Support the security team as directed in the event of any irregularities, operational pressures or extraordinary events.

- Able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the work presented
- Work flexibly on both routine and more complex tasks.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
