- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and systems.
- Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders including end users, consultants, and authorities.
- Develop and support our dealer network, enhancing their capabilities in collaboration with Channel Management.
- Maintain framework mechanisms used across the water utility business
- Create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your region.
- Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Water/Wastewater Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in water process products or related industries.
- Strong communication skills in English at all levels, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- A technical background and familiarity with the water and wastewater treatment market.
- Positive, resilient and a good networker (track record in collaborating within own company but also internationally).
- Good Business Acumen.
