- Extensive Azure ecosystem expertise and Azure DevOps mastery
- Strong Databricks understanding and Python programming background
- Team management experience with proven leadership track record
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement abilities across technical and business audiences
- Azure training/certifications essential
- Experience building enterprise data platforms
- Databricks certified data engineer highly desirable
- Competitive salary: £95,000 - £114,000
- 25% annual performance bonus + £5,800 car allowance
