- Lead and scale engineering teams, mentoring talent and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Technical Design and deliver cloud-native solutions using large-scale, asynchronous compute workloads and data orchestration.
- Drive engineering best practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated regression testing.
- Ensure delivery of UK&I product and software solutions, collaborating across business units for cross-functional alignment.
- Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, removing blockers and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) through automation, simplification, and platform efficiency.
- Manage the Security Dashboard, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed within acceptable risk thresholds.
- Use metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, reduce technical debt, and enhance service quality.
- Contribute to UK&I revenue growth through cost-effective, high-quality engineering and agile delivery.
- Develop and implement rapid concept testing models and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.
- Extensive experience in software engineering, data science, or platform development.
- Proven leadership experience in building and mentoring engineering teams.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- AWS Cloud
- Full-stack development
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Cloud security best practices and FinOps
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS).
