CMA Recruitment Group are supporting a global manufacturing business to hire an experienced Tableau Developer into their EMEA finance team, based in Basingstoke. This is a key role focused on improving reporting, streamlining processes, and enabling smarter decision making across a complex, international operation.You’ll take the lead on Tableau development and play a wider role in managing and improving the business’s suite of reporting tools, including Power BI and other business information systems. Sitting within a high-performing finance function, you’ll act as the bridge between finance, operations, and IT – translating complex data into clear, commercial insights.What will the Tableau Developer role involve?
  • Developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards for financial and operational reporting
  • Supporting data visualisation and reporting using Power BI and other BI tools
  • Working with stakeholders to define reporting needs and improve data accessibility
  • Supporting FP&A and commercial finance with meaningful analysis
  • Helping to optimise the use of business information systems across the region
  • Driving a data-led approach to decision making across finance and the wider business
Suitable Candidate for the Tableau Developer vacancy:
  • 10+ years’ experience in data, reporting or business intelligence roles
  • Strong hands-on Tableau development skills
  • Power BI and general business information systems experience
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent stakeholder skills – comfortable working across finance, operations and IT
  • Proactive and practical, with a continuous improvement mindset
