Horace is looking for a Store Manager for our Covent Garden store !What will you be responsible for?You’ll effectively be Horace’s British Ambassador, coaching and mentoring the in-store team, as well as:- Inspiring, educating and making customers happy by showing your first-class expertise in our products- Managing and building the store’s overall performance, by monitoring team and store activity (KPIs: sales, sales index, average basket size, conversion rate)- Creating a positive environment for your team, leading them by example and helping them to improve and grow- Flexing your communications skills: you’ll be constantly collaborating and sharing insights with other store managers, and resolving issues quickly if/when they appear- Efficiently managing the day-to-day running of the store’s operations and inventory- Keeping your store looking good and feeling great throughout the day- Getting involved in employee training and induction with the program that’s been put together by the Retail team.What skills are we looking for?- You’re already an open, experienced, friendly Manager, and you know how work independently- You’ve got natural leadership and interpersonal skills and you know how to support your team and get the best out of them- You can address the needs of the business with your team's performance, hitting KPIs like sales, sales index, ABV, CVR- You’re great under pressure, and always able to take a step back to find solutions, especially when for your customers- You love to create an unforgettable experience for customers and know how important the details are- You roll up your sleeves and get down to business when necessary- You're flexible with your hours, evenings and weekends- You know our brand - understanding or speaking French would be usefulThe good stuff:Horace is a diverse, inclusive and forward-thinking brand.
