An opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager with experience in Fleet Service in a Local Authority environment to join a client in London on contract basis. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of a complex portfolio of fleet-related projects as well as resource allocation, process improvement and fleet optimisation. Other duties include cost reporting, contract management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.This is a full-time contract position. The rate on offer is £50 - £55 per hour - negotiable for the right candidate. Flexible working and working from home arrangements are available.Duties & Responsibilities:- Managing a complex portfolio of fleet related projects
- Continuously improving the processes and compliance methodology in place
- Overseeing the cost reporting function of the fleet service
- Stakeholder engagement, contract management, strategic planning and fleet optimisationPrevious experience in Local Authority is essential for this role.
