An established organisation is looking for a skilled and proactive Service Manager to oversee service operations in the SW area. This role involves leading a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across all service activities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day service operations, including job scheduling, resource planning, and team coordination.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and service performance to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and achieving cost efficiencies.
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery, ideally within sectors such as fire & security, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage, support, and develop teams effectively.
