- Collaborate with global, local market eCommerce and other central teams, as well as Agency partners, to guide the creation and delivery of eCommerce assets that meet e-retailer requirements.
- Coordinate selected projects and communicate frequently with regional markets.
- Support the creation of existing reports and measurement tools to ensure eCommerce performance is tracked and shared.
- Provide support in structuring data and visuals to share; creating PowerPoint presentations, managing financial databases and inputting in to other reporting.
- Support improving our eCommerce performance by gaining insights from third-party data and webinars.
- Perform analyses of relevant data for assigned fields and areas and prepare insights and recommendations to develop and grow the business.
- Analyze key performance indicators using a wide range of data sources to uncover growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Facilitate the exchange of best practice across regions and contribute to internal communication.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings as required, ensuring all meeting actions are captured and followed up
- Strong interest in eCommerce essential
- Proficient use of MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint expected
- Experience with PowerBI an advantage
- Work experience in business, marketing or eCommerce environment desirable
- Strong experience of team project work
- International experience and ability to converse in multiple languages is an advantage
- Adaptability to explore different areas of the business and functions
