Position Statement:As Manager, Digital Marketing & Channel Performance, you will act as a conduit for all commercial, digital and customer-centric data with the intent of finding and delivering tactical initiatives that are measured on revenue-based performance.The manager needs to be comfortable utilising multiple business intelligence tools and datapoints to create clear market insights that can be articulated to multiple stakeholders, before being converted into tangible actions that drive positive impact towards the commercial goals of the wider business.
To thrive in this role, you will need to build relationships in a highly matrixed global organisation, whilst understanding the dynamics of a regional team that works across multiple markets. In rolling out a multi-region, tactical initiative, you will need to be comfortable collaborating and influencing colleagues to become ambassadors and amplifiers for the required initiative.Position Summary:Responsibilities will include:Source Markets & Channel Performance
  • Producing and analysing source market performance with the intention of discovering tactical opportunities across the EMEA market.
  • Act as an objective consult for the wider Marketing & Loyalty team, utilising commercial, digital and customer-centric data to make tangible recommendations to improve performance.
  • Day to day duties will include the production and maintenance of commercial, demand and digital performance reports.
  • Additional projects include analysing product performance by portfolio / brand and deciphering ways we can partner with revenue & pricing functions to deliver tactical campaigns.
Retailing & Tactical Campaign Delivery
  • Reviewing and optimising owned retail channels across digital platforms, consulting the wider Marketing & Loyalty function on best channels to maximise their campaign messages.
  • Perform due diligence on guest sentiment, commercial landscape and competitor retail activity, advising all relevant teams on tactical initiatives e.g., sales
  • Manage delivery of EMEA wide tactical campaigns, including brief, creative and channel optimisation, working with agencies and internal stakeholders to maximise revenue-driven initiatives.
  • Partner with revenue & pricing functions to deliver tactical campaigns.

  • The candidate should have experience of working in highly matrixed organisations, understand the dynamics of a regional team in a global business and what it takes to work across multiple markets
  • Experience of integrated marketing strategy and tactical campaign delivery across all channels.
  • Experience in reviewing data and developing insights to be able to make meaningful planning recommendations
  • Comfortable articulating the logic behind and the delivery of any campaign initiative across all levels of management.
  • Ability to communicate performance, maintaining a ‘so what?’ mentality to analysis and insight discussions
  • Project Management experience with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Energetic personality with a proactive view of activities, constantly looking for the next opportunity to collaborate, drive and support the wider function
  • Experience in managing agency relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to inspire confidence
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (notably PowerPoint and Excel)
Preferred Skills & Experience:It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Highly adept at analysing and visualising data (Microsoft Excel / PowerBI)
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics and / or Google Analytics
  • Previous experience in customer & media insight tools e.g. SEM Rush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends etc…
