- Processing and allocating bank receipts (both client and office accounts)
- Setting up and checking electronic payments (CHAPS, BACS, FastPay, international transfers), including AML checks
- Posting payments, receipts and transfers into our finance system
- Managing transactions for our client bank accounts
- Reviewing and preparing cheque requests
- Investigating and resolving any issues from daily bank reconciliations
- Supporting solicitors and other staff with financial transactions
- Preparing cash and cheque banking
- Calculating interest on client accounts
- Filing documentation electronically for audit purposes
- Assisting with the firm’s annual audit
- Joining team meetings and helping improve our processes
- Supporting any other finance tasks as needed
