- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to achieve consistent output and product quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while actively contributing to process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, supporting lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organised workplace.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including occasional night shifts when required.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Awareness of risk assessments, with the capability to suggest improvements for enhanced safety and efficiency.
- Background in automated production and/or working with low-volume, high-value products (advantageous).
