We have immediate vacancies available, with a specific focus on evening shifts between 5pm to 10pm on 2 to 4 evenings during weekdays and alternate weekends.Shift Patterns:
  • Weekday Evenings: 5pm - 10pm
  • Weekends: Alternative weekends 5pm - 10pm or extended for more hours e.g. 7am - 10pm, 2pm - 10pm etc
We offer flexible working hours ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week, so you can fit your shifts around other commitments. Your Role as an Elderly Befriender: As a Care Assistant, you'll provide vital companionship and support during the evenings, which may include:
  • Companionship
  • Helping with mobility around the home
  • Assisting with some personal care
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Helping with light housework (e.g., cleaning or vacuuming)
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
  • A Valid UK Driving Licence (with access to a vehicle for work purposes)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Caring and compassionate nature
  • Willingness to work alternative weekends
