- Deliver Early Years qualifications from Level 2 to Level 3
- Teach NCFE Level 1 Diploma in Caring for Children
- Deliver NCFE Level 2 Technical Diploma for Early Years Practitioners
- Support T Level Early Years Educator programmes (including Assisted Teaching Pathway)
- Deliver NCFE Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeships for Early Years and Teaching Assistants
- Assess Work-Based Learning (WBL) and Apprenticeship learners
- Determine occupational competency through workplace assessment
- Monitor and support learner progress across study programmes
- Provide guidance and mentoring to students and apprentices
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Assistant
- Assessor qualification: Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years recent professional experience in Early Years education and/or care
- Experience in teaching and assessing within the Early Years sector
- Degree in relevant subject (Early Years, Education, Child Development)
- Teaching qualification at Level 5 (support provided if not already held)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse learners across different settings

You'll be based at our Hayes campus but will also visit apprentices in their Early Years settings across West London.We welcome applications from candidates looking to transition into FE teaching, as well as experienced lecturers. Full support is provided for professional development, including assistance with obtaining teaching qualifications.Location & HoursLocation: Hayes, West London (excellent transport links)
