Juice Personnel are working with a well-established construction company who are looking for an experienced Sales/Commercial Executive to join their team.This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a proven background in sales or commercial roles who is seeking to progress their career within a forward-thinking organisation. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.   • Perm Role
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Commission also available to top up earnings
  • Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)
  • Location: Wakefield - Office-based preferred (hybrid remote working considered)
  • Prospecting and lead generation through networking, cold calling and data sources such as Glenigan.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiating and closing sales to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Carrying out market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Managing client interactions and records using the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to maximise commercial growth.
About You
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar commercial or construction-related role.
  • Training would be spending time with key members of staff and walking with them to understand the product range and technical aspects. This could be anything between 3 - 6 months to be wholly competent.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT literacy and technical proficiency (Word, Excel, Email, CRM systems).
  • Pre-cast industry knowledge advantageous (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence.
