- Experience of working in large scale transformation programmes underpinned by technology transformation would be preferred.
- Previous experience of working to support an ERP implementation, specifically with S/4 HANA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Training Lead on at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Deep functional understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management processes - including Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Logistics Execution.
- Strong background in developing and delivering end-user training for enterprise systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Highly organised with the ability to see 'the big picture' and a strong focus on outcomes.
- Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking.
- Highly people focused.
- Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach.
- Ability to travel to sites across the UK as required.
- Comprehensive experience in leading Training on large-scale transformation programmes.
- 'Big four' consulting experience would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of adult learning best practices preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
