Location: Retallack Resort & Spa, St Columb, Cornwall TR9 6DEHours of work: Permanent contract, 40 Hours per weekSalary: £28,350 per annumWhat we need in a nutshellWe are looking for an experienced manager with a Leisure, Swimming Pool or water treatment background.You can use your wealth of knowledge to lead Retallack Resort & Spa through ongoing expansion and investment. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a strong focus and track record leading a team and delivering nothing less than an excellent customer experience with safety at the forefront of their agenda.Who are we?We’re a dynamic and growing company, shaking up the Great British holiday at our award-winning UK resorts. Check out our website: .What you’ll be doingWorking as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will oversee the management of our Hot Tubs department.
  • Responsible for ensuring our teams have clear instructions, and are tooled up to effectively to carry out seamless testing and change over duties
  • Making sure our fleet of Hot Tubs and Plant Rooms are well maintained and working in tip top condition.
  • Ensuring the team are trained and working in line with our operating procedures while keeping our public areas shinning to the highest of standards.
  • Implementing management processes for all our Hot Tubs and ensuring efficient water management.
You’ll also be leading by example: being incredibly friendly, answering guests’ questions and 'mucking in’ when you need to. This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator who is seeking a challenge and enhance their career to the next level.One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends bank holidays too.Skills, experience and qualities you’ll needThere’s plenty of training, but what we require you to already have:
  • Great interpersonal skills – you’ll need to be assertive as well as friendly
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Experience with water Management
