Pay Rate: £13 – £17 per hour (depending on experience)We are currently recruiting School Caretakers for multiple schools across Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Northampton, and Milton Keynes. These roles are ideal for reliable, proactive individuals looking for long-term opportunities within an educational setting.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day maintenance of school buildings and groundsCarrying out minor repairs and basic maintenance workEnsuring classrooms, corridors, and facilities are safe and well-maintainedOpening and closing the school premises (where required)Monitoring health & safety standards across the siteSupporting staff with general site-related dutiesRequirements:Previous experience as a caretaker, site manager, or facilities/maintenance role (preferred)Good practical skills and ability to carry out repairsStrong awareness of health & safety proceduresReliable, trustworthy, and able to work independentlyEnhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain)Why Apply?
