- Set and monitor quality-related KPIs that align with organisational strategy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain industry-leading quality assurance practices.
- Oversee compliance frameworks with a focus on training and education delivery.
- Work collaboratively across teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally within training, education, or regulated industries.
- A strong understanding of compliance frameworks and best practice in education quality management.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Salary: £40,000 – £47,500 per annum
