- Diligently assessing and reporting on student achievements, maintaining open and effective communication with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Collaborating proactively in lesson planning and fostering an organised, stimulating, and safe classroom environment.
- Establishing and nurturing positive, open communication channels with children, staff, parents, and carers to support holistic development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - this is an essential requirement.
- A deep and practical understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to apply for one through Randstad Education).
