- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products and services.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and grow the client base.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and general enquiries.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions to suit client requirements while maintaining compliance.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs using effective sales administration tools.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation skills to deliver beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
- Proficient in telemarketing and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience using Acturis is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
