Starting on a temporary basis, successful candidates will progress to a permanent role following satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities
- Operating within the casting and foundry production areas
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures
- Performing general foundry duties, including manual handling tasks
- Supporting specialist processes with on-the-job and structured training
- Previous experience in a foundry environment is essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to long-term career development
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
- £12.21 per hour
