- Experience of managing large-scale digital transformation or CRM/ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of delivery and integration of Salesforce (ideally Education Cloud) or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with multiple suppliers in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, particularly in Higher Education or similar public sector settings.
- Understanding of Azure-based integration and identity management (SSO, APIs).
- Confident managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and change control.
- Ability to set up and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) across hybrid supplier and university teams.
- Skills to support the formation of cross-functional delivery teams with clearly defined goals and ways of working.
- Expereince of managing project delivery through DevOps or equivalent tools, ensuring clear visibility of sprint progress and backlog health.
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud (HEDA, student journey, engagement tools).
- Experience with other students system implementation or migration (i.e. SITS: eVision)
- Knowledge of Canvas LMS integration or similar academic platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or analytics for student engagement and support.
- Background in UX/UI-led projects, including accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Experience with UK Higher Education regulations, including GDPR and HESA reporting.
- Familiarity with public procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, LUPC, SUPC).
- Delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
