  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, licenses, engagement letters, marketing material, and consultancy agreements.
  • Handling matters relating to the company's IP portfolio
  • Liaising with stakeholders on internal corporate governance and frameworks
  • Management of two direct reports
  • Involvement in corporate advisory matters (but not M&A transactions)
  • Engagement with stakeholders across the business (particularly Finance, HR, Marketing and IT) to provide high quality, commercially-focused and pragmatic legal advice on a wide range of topics
The client believes that the role would be well suited to a candidate with at least 8 years' PQE, although applications from all levels will be considered on merit. You must have extensive experience of drafting commercial contracts, and experience relating to IT and IP matters would be looked upon favourably. Experience in corporate governance matters would also be advantageous.
