This is a highly active role, ideal for someone energetic, reliable, and genuinely passionate about supporting others. 🚨 Support Worker Vacancy - Full-Time | Hildenborough Area 🚨 📍 Location: Rural area near Tonbridge 💷 Salary: £24,829 per annum + £1,200 complexity payment (pro rata) 🕒 Hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week ⏰ Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts) 🚗 Driving Licence: Essential - must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles ❗ Sponsorship is NOT available for this role 🔍 About the Role: Support individuals with day-to-day activities and community engagement Join in on swimming, long walks, and bike rides Help with personal care, medication, and meal prep Promote independence and positive wellbeing in a supportive environment Shifts run from 7am to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday , including mid-day shifts.
