This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious Event Manager to take full ownership of delivering high-impact events for global clients. Blending leadership, creativity, and project management, you will shape exceptional experiences, from conferences and kick-offs to cultural events, while acting as the key point of contact throughout.Operating in a fast-paced, supportive environment, you will thrive under pressure, elevate client experiences, and contribute to sustainable event practices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on event trends, including sustainability and tech integrations
  • Act as the lead contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
  • Negotiate contracts with venues, hotels, and suppliers
  • Lead and support both internal teams and external collaborators
  • Develop and manage event budgets, often in multiple currencies
  • Provide reporting and post-event analytics to clients
  • Deliver in-person, virtual, or hybrid events to a high standard
  • Take full responsibility for project timelines, team coordination, and deliverables
  • Shape the creative vision and concept of each event based on client goals
  • Maintain effective communication across all parties involved in project delivery
  • Ensure financial accountability throughout project delivery
  • Manage the full life cycle of events, from planning through to on-site execution
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar event management role
  • Strong background in project management and team leadership
  • Proven success delivering complex events in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
  • Excellent budgeting skills, including working with multi-currency accounts
  • Flexible approach to working hours and international travel
  • Proactive, confident, and solution oriented
  • Strong knowledge of event trends, technologies, and sustainability practices
