As we continue to grow team, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor to join us.The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of contentious private client matters, including:
  • Disputes involving wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.
  • Challenges to the validity of wills on grounds such as capacity and undue influence.
  • Removal of executors/trustees and breach of trust claims.
  • Court of Protection disputes.
You'll work with a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries, and charities, and have the chance to play a key role in business development initiatives.About You:
We are looking for a solicitor with:
  • 2-6 years' post-qualification experience in contentious trust and probate matters.
  • A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an eagerness to develop professionally.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
