A unique role is now available for a strong, business winning Lettings Business Development Manager to join a leading independent estate agent at their office in Weston-super-Mare.   • £30,000 basic salary
  • £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
  • Monday – Friday only
  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Lettings Business Development Manager - Duties
  • To create and arrange market appraisals, identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable service levels
  • Have a deep understanding of our services and products, seeking cross-selling opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and fees, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained before property marketing
  • Building long-lasting relationships with landlords and property investors
  • Managing offers, negotiations, and tenancy queries with professionalism
  • Leading day-to-day operations and supporting overall branch performance
  • Implementing new ideas and spotting opportunities to grow the portfolio
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members as the business expands
  • Ensuring all processes meet current lettings legislation and standards
  • Hitting key performance indicators and annual business targets
Lettings Business Development Manager - Experience Needed
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in valuations and winning new business
  • Up to date knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong administrative skills with an attention to detail
  • Confidence in dealing with a variety of people both in face, over the phone and in person
  • Able to work as part of a team and alone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Articulate, professional and well accustomed to a client facing role.
  • ARLA qualified or willing to work towards an ARLA qualification.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, busy environment
  • A positive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve their goals
  • Pro-active and a desire to achieve results
  • Full driving licence required
