A supportive and forward-thinking primary school in BD8 is on the lookout for a KS2 HLTA to join their team this October. You’ll be stepping into a vital role—delivering lessons, leading small groups, and keeping learning on track when the teacher’s not in class.This school values initiative, flexibility and warmth—and they’ve created a space where HLTAs are truly part of the teaching team.What you’ll be doing:Leading planned lessons across KS2 (Years 3–6)Supporting small-group interventions and booster sessionsAssisting with planning and assessment alongside class teachersBuilding positive relationships with pupils and helping keep behaviour calm and focusedBeing a go-to adult in the room—trusted, consistent and confidentWe’re looking for someone who:Holds HLTA status or equivalent experienceHas strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculumCan lead whole-class teaching confidently when requiredIs calm under pressure and great at building rapport with pupilsLoves being part of a team—but can fly solo when neededWith Protocol Education, you’ll get:Weekly pay via PAYE (no umbrella companies)Free CPD, including curriculum support and behaviour strategiesOngoing support from a friendly, knowledgeable consultantAccess to local schools who value great staff📩 Ready to
