
Inventory Coordinator

- Plan and continuously revise the stock occupation plan for manufactured product and packaging materials and production supplies.
- Monitor stock occupation in order to signal to leadership possible risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Carry out stock movement investigations and analysis and report out the divergences and adjustments required.
- Monitor and report the evolution of shelf life and retained stocks.
- Verify invoices for content accuracy, ensuring consistency with operational records and contractual terms.
- Support the logistics operator in the investigation of any irregularities and events that directly impact our results, such as non-compliance, customer audits or shipping errors.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in logistics and inventory management.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Polish will be an advantage.
